Mischievous Lala Gets Into Trouble While Playing with the Chickens!

Lala, the playful little monkey, awoke with her usual burst of energy. The morning sun had barely risen, yet she was already seeking excitement. Today, her eyes landed on the chicken coop, where Mother Hen and her fluffy chicks were pecking peacefully at the ground. To Lala, it looked like the perfect place for fun.

“Let’s play!” she chirped, tiptoeing closer. At first, the chickens didn’t mind her presence. But Lala’s curiosity quickly spiraled into mischief. She began imitating the chickens, flapping her arms wildly and clucking loudly. The chicks scattered in confusion, cheeping anxiously. Mother Hen puffed up her feathers protectively.

But Lala wasn’t done.

She saw a basket of grain beside the coop and decided to “help” feed the flock. Instead of sprinkling gently, she flung the entire basket into the air. Seeds rained everywhere like a storm! The chickens panicked, rushing in every direction, wings flapping and feathers flying. Dust filled the air. Chaos erupted.

Startled by the commotion, Lala slipped on the spilled grains and tumbled face-first into the dirt. The more she tried to stand, the more she slid, arms flailing. The chickens, thinking she was part of the frenzy, chased her away with loud clucks. Lala squealed and ran, her tail covered in feathers and dust.

Hearing the ruckus, Lala’s mother came running. One look at the mess—the overturned basket, panicked chickens, and Lala’s guilty face—and she knew exactly what had happened.

“Lala,” her mother sighed, “playing is fine, but you must respect others’ peace.”

Lala bowed her head, cheeks reddened with shame. She approached Mother Hen slowly and offered a soft apology. Surprisingly, the hen only ruffled her feathers and returned to her chicks, accepting the peace offering of leftover grains Lala gathered.

Determined to fix her mistake, Lala helped clean the coop and gently herded the chicks back. By sunset, calm had returned.

That evening, with feathers still stuck in her fur, Lala learned an important lesson: fun is sweetest when it doesn’t cause trouble. And perhaps… chickens are better watched than chased!
